Just another Pils. There are so many and they all look and taste just the same. But.. on the positive side at least it's not sickly or sweet like (for example) Oranjeboom, you CAN smell the hops just about, and it's a nice colour. Nothing special, but worth a sip if there is nothing else takes your fancy.

Pale straw colour. More pale than most lagers. Very large amount of bubbles streaming up the tall pilsner glass. An ok head and good lacing left sticking to the sides to the end of the drink.
Lovely herbal hop aroma. Sweet and leafy smelling.
The taste, as with the aroma, is of herbal hops with and is very delicate and pleasant. The finish is very dry with a lingering bitterness at the end of the sip.
There is a great mineral water mouthfeel with light carbonation.
Overall this is a superb German pilsener. Ticks all the boxes for the style and is characterful enough to be considered interesting as well as thirst quenching.
My mark out of one hundred would 87.
