Was labeled as Cask Infused Hampshire Ale, but is probably the same thing.
A - Amber colored with a very thin head and barely any lacing
S - Smelled of biscuit, hops and barrel funk.
T - The cask aging tainted this beer. It was tart and lacked its usual hoppy flavor. I tasted almost as if the cask they aged it in was mildewy or possibly that the infusion was of an artificial nature.
M - The tart and bitterness left my palate fatigued.
O - I enjoy HSA, but somehow the cask-infusion ruined this beer. It was tart and funky, but not in a good way. My least favorite beer of the 2011 Maine Brewers Festival.

Disclaimer: I really like Geary's HSA.
This just adds to its character.
In a pint glass the beer was a dark amber color with a thick tan head. A lot of lace.
Caramel malt aroma. Citrus, and a little bit of floral hops. Nice vanilla aroma.
It Tastes exactly as the aroma promises. Caramel/toffee, vanilla. Grapefruit and some piney hops.
The oak infusion works really well. Will have to get back to The Great Lost Bear for more.
