Chestnut brown colour, clear. White foam, high, finely bubbled, persistent. Moderately decorates the glass.
The aroma is sweet, malty, cereal, slightly roasted, earthy but also fruity - strawberry. In this style this is a disadvantage, in turn it lacks what most characterises wheat beers i.e. banana and clove.
The taste is slightly sweet (caramel), under-fired.
Medium saturation. Body medium downwards. Texture smooth. Aftertaste short slightly sweet.

June 2015: 500 ml bottle, BB date 06.06.2014, from CITTI-Markt Flensburg. Beautiful reddish brown colour, large off- white head. Moderate aroma of brown bread, hints of banana and cloves. Medium dry and refreshing flavour, bread, citrus and cloves. Nice enough, but not the best of the style.

From Hipercor. In Bavaria glass. After dinner. Reading Lupuloadicto. Great mouthfeel and a nice taste. This brewery seems to never fail me
