Poured bright gold colour and crystal clear. Lively head of pure white, that dissipated fairly quickly. Aroma very light and laid back, grassy and slightly sweet malts. Texture is fairly light considering its 7%, flavour more of sweetish malts - but not cloyingly so, little hop presence if any at all. No nasty surprises or vices, but on the other hand nothing to really get excited about - pleasant enough (especially at the price in UK Polish shops!!) would have it again, but neither would I search it out. Worth trying at the price, but nothing to shout about.

look: half a finger white head with decent retention, beer is a clear copper colour with manic carbonation within.

smell: a bit skunky, cardboard, earthy, grainy, white bread, metallic, sweet, hint of lemon maybe or something strange like that, icky.

taste: bad, ungood, not nice tasting, white and brown bread malt, biscuit, nail varnish remover, a whacky chemical stew, boozey but not really that boozey, hint of bad whiskey, metallic as hell, light to medium bitterness on the finish, not fun.

feel: light bodied, medium to high carbonation, sticky and syrupy, unpleasant metallic bitter tang on the back of the tongue, alcohol warming on back of throat, eek.

overall: i did not think this would be as bad as it is but my god is it bad, impressively bad even, gee wizz.

500 ml can, bought in Poland. Golden colour, large white head. Sweetish fruity aroma, bordering on sugary, some aromatic hops too. Sweetish flavour with alcoholic notes, decent hops in the finish. No masterpiece, but drinkable.

Brief impressions from a $1.25 USD can acquired at a Brooklyn grocery store:

Colour is deep amber and complex.

Aroma is bitter and sophisticated, though not that inviting.

Initial taste is intense, with an abundance of different flavours within it. Though I had never had it before today, possibly this is because of the can design, which is not the best. It is black with a man on, wearing a weird cowboy like hat. Who is this person..? Is he the creator of the beer..? He may be, though my limited Polish of Tak, koolva and dobranoc kochanie is not enough to work this out from the can.

This is an ok beer, especially as it is in a can from my local shop, and I have never heard of it before, and it has the strange Polish cowboy in a hat on the front. And the back, he seems to be there also.

This is definitely a man's drink. It's brutal and a bit like whisky. I used to like it though having drunk a few, it actually is not so great. However if I had only 3zlote and I needed a beer, I would buy it because it would give me a 15 minute high alcohol booster to at least give me some temporary macho cowboy euphoria feeling, cowabunga

Clear golden color with off-white head. Aroma is grainy and slightly boozy. Taste is also grainy and boozy, slightly sweet at first but gets slightly bitter on the finish and lingers with some cardboard notes. Quite bad overall.

Apparently this is now a 7% beer. Pours straw gold with a big white head that dissipates with a few spotty dots of foam remaining. Nose is grains and cat-sitter barroom floor. Taste is similar...really reminds me of downing a day old leftover beer the morning after a college party. In other words, terrible. Tossed the last couple ounces as it warmed. A bad beer even by euro lager standards.

Nothing special, in the same league as an Heineken or Stella.
