Pours a clear brown and red beer with some carbonation and a thick foam that dissolves rather quickly.

Smell is malt, peppers, citric and some dough. Traditional swedish christmas spices, sadly far too weak.

Taste is dry and fruity together with a nice bitterness to it. There is a somewhat smoked trace together with some peppers and bread. No mentionable aftertaste in this one though, a little weak as well.

It seemed as the intentions with this brew was great, sadly they dont manage to pull through.

A copper-toned, orange clear beer. Lots of bubbles but little head, that leaves nothing on the glass.

Rather weak smell, some sweet malty tones. some citric alcoholic nuances.

The taste is mostly sweet, some malty, raisiny impression. Some sharp bitterness that goes away quickly. Alcohol and some acidness is noticed.

Good carbonation and "easy to drink". Not a favorite.

16oz. bottle

Clear, brown/orange in color, almost amber. Small, off-white head.

Caramel and dark fruits greet the nose. Raisins seem most noticeable. A very mild, port-like character. Lots of bread.

Taste included caramel, molasses, fruits and biscuity notes. Nothing really rushes to the forefront. A bit bland.

Light and easy to drink. Medium + carbonation, very "zippy". Refreshing, not drying at all.

Enjoyable and easy to drink, quite sessionable. Could use more intensity in the flavor department.

The colour is deep ruby red with a tint of rust red. The pale beige, finger thick foam makes a fizzing sound when poured.

The smell is somewhat musty. There are some burned notes of sweet yeast, dark bread and coffee.

The carbonation is fresh and a bit sticky with small bubbles.

The taste is loaded with dry malt, a powerful but passing bitterness and a rather weak body. There are traces of some spices. The
aftertaste is short with some bitterness and a little odd taste of malt.

I found the beer a little flat;from previous years, I remember it having a lot more flavours and body.

A: Pours pale copper with a rather small white head. Looks kind of flat. No lacings.

S: Not very strong in smell. Sweet malt with an bitter-almondy-smell. Some cherries.

T: Sweet malt, but kind of artificial. Some bitter hops, but faint. Some fruitness: cherries and citrus.

M: Aftertaste is decent; medium-long and kind of bitter. Body is medium to thin and carbonation is smooth medium.

D: Goes down smoothly, but doesn't stand out from swedish macro beers in this style.
