Pours a hazy golden color with a lasting two-finger head and minimal lacing. Nose is a bit harsher than anticipated, with a sweet fruitiness a bit overwhelmed by a distinct alcohol. However, this alcohol is subdued upon tasting, with the sweetness and malt overtaking the palette on the front and a more balanced flavor assimilating the alcohol on the back end. A good medium to full body with an agreeable amount of carbonation for the style (not overwhelming). Notes of apple, pear, and a minimal spice. While not the definitive beer of its style, this is a refreshing and agreeable brew.

Pours a hazy orange color with a huge tan creamy head. Lots of carbonation. Head fades very lowly leaving a solid amount of lacing around the glass.

Smells of yeast, orange/lemon, bread, clove.

Very nice taste! Starts out with orange up front then quickly changes to a yeasty lemon spicy flavor. Bread, biscuit like notes. A dry (champaign like) mouthfeel with a peppery aftertaste that lingers.

Great beer, good price. A little hard to find. Different than other triples out there. A must try.

Pours a cloudy golden amber color with a thick foamy white head. Aroma is dominated by alcohol and golden apple notes. This beer is way too carbonated and has too much of a strong alcohol flavor. This strong alcohol presence takes away from the light fruit (apple, grape and pear) flavors. Not very well balanced. Finishes dry.

Bottle: Poured a deep yellow color ale with large foamy head with good retention but no lacing. Aroma consists of sweet malt with some grainy notes. Taste is also a mix between some sweet malt with some note of grainy malt. I thought this was definitely lacking some spicy yeast or some fruity ester. Full body with limited filtration and some average carbonation with no alcohol. The sweetness renders this beer a bit too cloying. I can't say that this will be a memorable beer.

Bottled 07-05. BB 3 years after filling date. Good and nice lasting head andd a pale golden beer with litle haze. Nose is decent but certainly not overdone giving vanilla and good pale maltyness litle sweetness from good yeastesters giving it a litle ripe apple and citrussy nose. Taste is good also giving a very dry and spiced taste, lots of alcohol and clean dry bitterness. Quiet an opposite of the mellow nose but enjoyable and well moutfeeding taste. Good and fitting quiet high carbonisation and IMO a real pleasure to drink. Refreshing and strong at the same time.
