Enjoyed this beer with grassrootsVT at Erasmus in Brugge.

App: Pours into an Erasmus wine glass rich and cloudy deep, chestnut-burgundy colored with a low head, but still nice carbonation.

Aroma: Very fruit flavored nose like apple or pear cider, perhaps crisp peach nectar. Relatively mild smell, but not sour or tart; no cherry and undetectable malt. Not really to style.

Taste: Fruity, crisp, dry. Very much like a cider, either hard or not. Apple, pear, and a hint of sour fruitiness. Finishes dry with a slight bitter hoppiness. Again, hard ti rate to style.

Mouth: Light bodied, crisp, decent carbonation despite the possible age (but not sure how old).

Drink: Pretty drinkable, but not exciting and not worth visiting.
