A - Pours a hazy yellow with orange hues. Thick, fluffy, slowly receding head that settles into a nice thin layer with foam sticking to the side of the glass.
S - Malt with citrus and other fruits showing up. Faint hops. Nothing too exciting.
T - Delicious lightly toasted malt. Some slight hop bitterness. The summertime fruits show up at the back of the mouth. The fruit and malt come together for a very pleasing brew.
M - The carbonation is there. Not too strong, though. Crisp, clean, and refreshing. Sizzles in the mouth. Flavors are fantastic and hang around a while without being cloying.
Haven't had too many Blonde Ales in the past but will now make an effort to drink more because this is a great representation of what that style can be. Recommended!
