Poured from a 12oz bottle into a pint glass. Reviewed live.
A- One finger thick, creamy, foamy white head. Impressively long retention for a blonde. Cloudy straw color, nice carbonation. Nice looking beer.
S- Amarillo hops and some straw scents. Light malts and earthier hops that lend it something of a farmhouse style smell.
T- Earthy bitterness and a definite muted yeast flavor as well. Biscuit-y malts yet not too sour or bitter. Nice juxtaposition to make it a drinkable summer beer. Nothing spectacular though.
M- Light and wet, with a syrupy sort of feel in mid-taste that sort of vanishes.
O- Good beer. Not the best summer beer around, but up there.
