A- Large foamy and soapy head. Burnt amber in color. Lots of visible carbonation when I first poured it into the glass, which is a bit ironic because it doesn't taste super carbonated. Good lacing, and overall looks good.
S- Faint smell of citrus, mellow hops and lemon grass maybe. Not overwhelming smell wise, but mellow and appetizing. Kinda smells spring like.
T- Tastes a bit like it looks and smells... smooth, floral taste. Accessible hops, and good flavor, but maintains the crispness of perhaps a lager. I definitely like the taste overall.
M- Light carbonated, which is my only minor gripe. Could use a little more carbonation. Otherwise it's really smooth and good.
O- Pleasant taste, look, and smell. Kinda seems like a spring/early summer beer.
