A - Deep & intense amber color with copper & crimson highlights. Poured a ½ inch of bubbly foam. Good retention at the onset. Swaths of lace form early & remain throughout.
S - Robust hop aroma - citrus & floral with a bit of pine. Grapefruit & orange make for a juicy & sweet nose. Hints of caramel & biscuity malt.
T - Takes the aroma to a new level of excellence & enjoyment. Juicy citrus on the front with a floral exposé on the finish. Piney bitterness wraps it together & lingers. Hints of mellow & restrained caramel as well as slightly toasted bread.
M - Heavier side of medium-bodied with moderately rambunctious carbonation. Enjoyably subtle lingering bitterness. Resiny, but not particularly sticky.
D - Very drinkable, indeed. A solid culmination of good qualities. This, I could drink time & time again. A good candidate for a session.
