Appearance: Pours a hazy, reddish-amber body with a small, bubbly white head.
Smell: Mild toasted toffee aroma with some herbal hop scents with a slice or two of lemon.
Taste: Toffee-tasting maltiness with a mild sweetness. Herbal, grassy hop flavor with a cup of fresh-brewed green tea. Medium bitterness. Light acidity. Finishes dry with a light, lingering bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Sadly, it's kinda watery.
Drinkability: A decent, mild organic amber.

Comes in that dark amber color, thin 1/3" white head. Some woody malt aroma, but nothing else really.
Lacks flavor. Bland, somewhere between a blonde and a brown ale in many ways. For those who found a pale ale too hoppy or bitter, like a melange of the more pedestrian flavor style beers.

Nice and mild amber ale, somewhat subdued from the norm for the NW. Amber in color with small airy head, malty, nutty, some hop bitterness. Not picking up any differences from the organic nature of this brew.
