12 oz. bottle,
A: Pours amber with a solid little white head, good retention, spots of lace are left as the beer is drunk.
S: Earthy hops, grass, and hay with a smattering of caramel.
T: Mix of a light treacle and toasted biscuit bittersweet character from the malts and a raw, earthy hop bite. Good flavour overall.
M: Medium-bodied, though I found it thin in the finish. Resiny for sure, long aftertaste.
D: Another good one from Deschutes. In its style I think I'd choose Cinder Cone Red from the same brewery, it's a little sweeter and more balanced, but I like this new one as well.
