A- Pours a hazy, vibrant amber color. Produces a finger of creamy off-white head that diminishes down to a thin layer. Leaves good lacing.
S- A really nice bready, sweet malt aroma with caramel and a bit of fruit and some light hops. Smells very tasty.
T- Starts out with a big wave of malts that are bready and grainy malts along with some caramel and nut flavors. Hops are present throughout but really take over towards the end, produces a floral, bitter finish.
M- Medium bodied, the feel is well carbonated and maybe just slightly on the chewy side, very smooth and extremely drinkable.
O- A very solid brew with great aroma and flavors, surprisingly good for an organic beer. Definitely session-worthy.
