A - Beautiful beer. Poured a deep golden coler and immediately was crystal clear. Huge fluffy white head that stayed around for several minutes
S - Wonderful smelling beer. All hops. Huge grapefruit and other citrus fruits. I also detected a hint of honey
T - Much more bitter on the front than I expected. Not unpleasant, just unsuspected. The bitterness was followed by a very floral/piney taste and finished with graprefruit tones. Quite complex.
M - I found this to be a rather light feeling beer even at 10% ABV. To me it tasted closer to 5 to 6%ABV. It was very smooth and I tasted very little "alcohol" at all. Dangerous!
O - Great beer overall. It has a wonderful smell. I enjoyed the taste, but something felt a little out of balance to be.
