Poured from a 22oz bomber into tulip.
A: Wonderful looking golden whisky color. Finger size bubbly white head that dissipated and left nice lacing on the glass.
S: Big fruity dank hops. Smells of peaches, and lots of them. There is a certain sweetness in the aroma as well.
T: The malt backbone is very sweet on the tip of the tongue, with the hops hitting on the back end for the nice bitter balance. Very peachy this one is. Hints of grapefruit and pine follow nicely. This one reminds me a lot of Avery's Maharaja.
M: Lush and smooth. Like taking a bite out of a big ripe peach, (again with the peaches). This one was going down very nicely. Barely noticed that it was over 10% ABV.
O: Really enjoyable Sunday afternoon DIPA. On the DIPA spectrum, this one is a bit too sweet for me. However, I really did appreciate all the effort that went into making this delicious beer.
