Had in a XX, XXI, XXIII vert. Pitch black body, ample tan head. Smells of tootsie rolls and chocolate, slight coffee and char, slight orange. Taste is similar with a slight chili flavor; as it warms there is more coffee and chili.
Bottle opens with a pop, pours black with tan head. Head falls gradually to leave lacing cap over the top of a dark and murky body with ruby edges. Smells like chocolat covered fruit, slight chocolate, vanilla, oak, caramel, toffee. Really complex. Taste is coffee and heavy chocolate, smokey oakey in the back, some chocolate covered orange, good stuff here, really mellowed out over the years. Carbonation is strong, mild sweetness that doesnt act too cloying. Mouthfeel is medium strong and veeeery drinkable, I don't think the few I have left will past too many years more.
