A- Almost no head, but this is from a growler which I've opened once before. Pale straw yellow with a bit of a haze.
S- Great malty smell with wonderful fruity tones to this. The lager yeast smell is there. There is just something about lager yeast that is very pronounced that with each lager style it always seems to be there.
T- Straw, and malty bready goodness. This has a good deal of sweetness to it that reminds me of honey. The fruit flavors are a mash of dark and bright feeling fruits. There is a hearty grain taste that really comes though.
M- Very full body, almost slightly too thick, the lost carbination would have made this beer really pop.
D- Very drinkable and easy to relax with.
Serving type: growler
