Very hazy after swirling in the yeast cake. Creamy head stands tall and fluffy. The beer itself is very low on the Lovibond Scale. Maybe, the color of watered down lemonade? Lacing barely happens, however.
Fresh lemon citrus, powdery wit yeast, a kiss of coriander, and white grapefruit; in a pithy way. Gentle spicing with a hop nose to remember. Slice of mandarin, herbal grassiness, and a clean citrusy outro; marked with aromatic Belgian yeast.
Follows the nose with clean citrusy notes of lemon and mandarin and chalky spices that dry up alongside all of the fruity hops and yeast notes. Coriander, herbaceousness, flutters of soft pepper, and the faintest sting of tart banana. Really, what you would probably look for in an easy summer white IPA.
A mouthful. The body is stark in contrast from the carbonation, even though neither are doing a whole lot. Makes it feel a bit soppy and wet. Flavors straighten it out with finishing dryness.
As an IPA, I'll rate it accordingly. However, I must say, we've got a good effort.

Pours a murky dark straw color with a half inch white foam head. Dissipates quickly. Leaves a small amount of lacing. Very interesting color, actually.
Aroma is grassy, with a little bit of wheat and a squeeze of lemon. A few other tropical fruits. A hint of spices.
Wheat up front, followed by some floral hops and fresh squeezed lemon. A little bit more of the spices that were found in the nose. A little bit of yeast. Aftertaste leaves a very pleasant but subtle lemon zest on the tongue. A nice touch.
Mouth is light. Very crisp, smooth and refreshing. Strongly recommended on a humid summer day.
Overall, much better than the ratings indicated. Very refreshing. Not normally a bughe fan of Belgian IPAs, but this one hits the spot. The balance of lemon and grassiness is sensational. Chalk this one up as a very pleasant surprise.
