A - An active slightly cascading pour yields about a fingers worth of virginal snow white crisp and slightly creamy froth... Limited retention gives way to lacing of much the same qualities... The color is an exceedingly pale lemony gold... There is a distinct haziness that permeates throughout... Mostly still with just a stray carbonation bubble hear and there...

S - Fresh cut grass... Lemon zest... Belgian yeast... Some light spice notes in the form of sage and thyme... A very pleasant aroma...

T - Lemon zest and a hint of sweet citrus... Belgian yeast... Wheat... A subtle kiss of cloves... Sage... Perhaps a hint of banana... All the flavors compliment one another very nicely...

M - Light to medium bodied... Crisp... Light brisk carbonation... Smooth... Clean... Refreshing... Goes down easily sip after sip... Very nice...

D - A very nice refreshing brew... This one walks a fine line between Belgian IPA and Witbier... Insanely quaffable... I'm not sure why this one doesn't have higher ratings on BA because I find it quite enjoyable... I can recommend and will likely find this in my fridge on a regular basis going forward...

P- Wegmans in Mechanicsburg, PA

A- lemonade look to it. it really looks like lemonade with whipped cream for the head. splotchy lacing and one fingers worth. yeasty opaqueness.

S- lemongrass and citrus scent. and earthy tone to it as well.

F- lemon grass and pepper. There are also hints of coriander that come through on the backend.

M- Citrus strength coats the mouth and it is almost like drinking a stout. The yeast is quite creamy. The mouth tastes like a lemon.

O- not a bad beer. not what I expect when I read IPA though. more yeasty. its decent though.

Very hazy after swirling in the yeast cake. Creamy head stands tall and fluffy. The beer itself is very low on the Lovibond Scale. Maybe, the color of watered down lemonade? Lacing barely happens, however.

Fresh lemon citrus, powdery wit yeast, a kiss of coriander, and white grapefruit; in a pithy way. Gentle spicing with a hop nose to remember. Slice of mandarin, herbal grassiness, and a clean citrusy outro; marked with aromatic Belgian yeast.

Follows the nose with clean citrusy notes of lemon and mandarin and chalky spices that dry up alongside all of the fruity hops and yeast notes. Coriander, herbaceousness, flutters of soft pepper, and the faintest sting of tart banana. Really, what you would probably look for in an easy summer white IPA.

A mouthful. The body is stark in contrast from the carbonation, even though neither are doing a whole lot. Makes it feel a bit soppy and wet. Flavors straighten it out with finishing dryness.

As an IPA, I'll rate it accordingly. However, I must say, we've got a good effort.
