A - Near black in color. Gentle pour builds a light caramel two finger head that shows some good retention. Thick, patchy lacing clings to the glass.
S - Smoky, warm bourbon. Mild oak, chocolate, and coffee.
T/M - Roasted chocolate malts. Some coffee with a hint of spiciness. Really dig the flavor of this. There is a lingering warmth, but no overpowering bourbon presence. Full bodied with just a touch too much carbonation.
O - Found this to be quite enjoyable and worth the purchase. Looking forward to see how it is after some time.
