De-waxed and poured from a 20 oz bottle into a La Fin Du Monde goblet.
A: Pours a oily brown/black with a scant tan head, disappears quickly, but a sticky tan lacing is left behind
S: good cold, but better as it warms, sweet and spicy and a bit chalky, orange definitely present, but balanced with chocolate.
T: sweet dark chocolate with a hint of orange, mild spiciness from the chilies
M: spicy and surprisingly a bit carbonated. a bit dry due to the sweetness and chocolate chalkiness.
O: a great brew, meant to share and sip slowly.
Serving type: bottle
