Pale, golden-yellow ale. Mostly transparent. Descent head on the pour. Forms a ring around the glass and plenty of sticky lacing.
Fresh bread, grass, floral aroma. Soft, balanced and very inviting.
Solid biscuity malt backbone. Assertive hop character: pine, lemon, grass and mild herbs. Truly exceptional balance here, neither the malt or hops take total dominance.
Medium bodied, slickish feel with plenty of malty texture. Lively, yet short lived carbonation. Smooth feel throughout the drink and dry in the finish from the hops.
Exceptional, and highly sessionable IPA (if it wasn't 7.4% abv, of course). Not the most complex hop character but the flavors blend better than almost any other IPA I have tried. Drinks more like a pilsner than an IPA. Absolutely delicious.
