A: Pitch black, thin mocha colored head.
S: Birthday cake rich chocolate. Syrupy. Chewy figs. Faint alcohol boozy aroma.
T: Liquid meal. Spectrum of straight forward flavors. Chocolate up front to a chewy english fruit presence to a unique fizzy spiciness on the backend.
M: Subtle carbonation suits all the flavors well. Wakes up the palate without distracting. Chalky dryness lingers.
O: What an imperial porter should be. Smooth body, carbonation bite, tons of complex chocolate, and a little something extra for icing on the cake.
Serving type: bottle
