What the funk?!? This brew is twisted. Smells like old cereal on a bale of dirty hay and has little gas. Someone needs to sanitize, eh. The funny thing is, although it really tastes nothing like a lager there is a mild sourness to it that is enjoyable. Think Berlinerweisse light. A trip. On the one hand it's laughable this brewery actually put this beer in a bottle and is selling it, on the other if they repackaged it as say a Summer sour beer it might be praised. It's no drain pour, as a matter of fact I'm pounding the thing readily. Unfortunately I don't think this flavor was intended, disgruntled employee and a vial of brettanomyces perhaps? I might pick up some more for the novelty. (695 characters)
