Reviewed from notes.
A: Served a powdery lemon color with a dense bright white head. Sheets of lace were left down the glass.
S: Notes of herbal lemon, green tea, powdery wheat, earthy spice, and crackery yeast.
T: Follows the nose with favors of lemon, a touch of sweetness, powdery and dry yeast, a touch of juicy citrus, slight pepper, citrus, and spice. Wheat and yeast finish, juicy nectar aftertaste.
M: Medium body, very soft carbonation, and a smooth, juicy, and wet mouthfeel. Slightly tingly.
O: Really good. Smooth and flavorful, wet and refreshing.
