Appearance-Pours a pale gold with tangerine highlights when held to light, a luscious creme coloured head rises up, abundant lacing is left as it recedes.
Aroma-Spicy, lemony, grassy, floral; there's plenty of noble hop character here, plenty of sweetness as well. The Belgian yeasty-cloveyness is still there but more subdued than is typical; smells interesting.
Taste-Lightly sweet upfront with a kick of spicy noble hops that begins almost immediately, their herbal and lemony characteristics adding the majority of flavor. There's some frutiy/yeasty Belgian flavors there but they're largely a supporting act for the hops. Overall the flavor is extremely refreshing.
Mouthfeel-Very crisp carbination without quite being prickly with a medium-full body.
Overall/Drinkability-This is extremely drinkable beer and very refreshing, perfect spring weather beer.
