A: Orangish gold...cloudy and unfiltered. Well done head that stayed as a lily tight lily pad across the top leaving trails of web down the glass.
S: Smells like, well...iced tea. Banana esters and yeasty.
T: Again, tastes like tea. Notes of bread, citrus, raisins...soap. Bitterness towards the end.
M: Good mouthfeel. Solid body with near perfect carbonation.
D: I'm going to need to give this beer another shot. I really wasn't a huge fan at all.

750mL corked and caged bottle poured into a tulip.
(A)- Pours a cloudy golden yellow color. Produced a nice cap of white froth. Great retention and lacing too.
(S)- Just so bone dry with lemongrass and a hint of a grassy funk. Lemon rind in there with a light biscuit yeast. Wonderful.
(T)- Again, it is just so bone dry, but with a slightly more "juicy" middle with some great lmeon lime citrus. Still has the slightly earthy/funky lemongrass kick.
(M)- A lively spritzy carbonation level really adds to this beers crispness and thrist quenching level. Wonderfully dry and minimally earthy with just a tiny bit of sweetness to make this balance beautifully.
(O)- Granted, this is not technically in the same style, but I might prefer this to their classic Saison Dupont. This is just so wonderfully dry, balanced, and layered flavors that would make this ideal to have bottles around when grilling in the backyard in summer time.

Overall - One of my new favorite belgians. Core addition to your tasting experience.
A: One must observe the many lines of fine champagne bubbles rising in this golden beer to appreciate how well crated and attractive it is. Continuous necklaces of pin point bubbles, finer than any champagne, build a billowing parchment colored head that lasts and laces.
A: The nose is dominated by barnyard Belgian yeast, hay, grass, wet spring, and then early orchard fruit with peppery spice. As expected, and then more. (Orchard, wet grass, you dont quite know what...)
T: follows the smell, but bigger, brighter, and lots of apple orchard fruit. Like you remember it the first time as a kid apple picking in October. Some wood, some spice cabinet, and a long, apple, pear finish with unusual spice cabinet and cedar.
MF: Great finish.
O: As a reviewer wrote the beer offers it all: "sweetness, sourness, dryness, funkiness, fruitiness and spiciness". Fruit: apples, pears and apricots. Sweet dominates early, bitter and dry dominates late.
Must try along with all great Belgians.
