Appearance: This stuff is orange/amber rather than brown. It's murky and completely turbid. Quite some yeastflakes and sediment floating around.
A thick, more or less tan head tops the brew. Very intresting;
Smell: Earthy, dusty. Some aroma's of dark fruits caramel and yeast. Quite a hefty 'barnyard' aspect as well.
Taste: Similar to the smell and with the same aspects. Short, slightly dry finish.
Mouthfeel and drinkabillity: Medium bodied. Gentle carbonation. The alcohol is well hidden; too well maybe. No warming effect, not all that heavy. Fairly drinkable.
Cocnlusion: This stuff is spunky, but a bit rough around the edges. Certainly something different and well worth checking out.
