cloudy golden colour with a pleasant white frothy head, showing very impressive retention and lacing.

S - has some pleasant floral and apricot notes, earthy spices, cardomon, hay and warming honey. with a pronounced yeasty character and clean pils malt.

T - fruity, with melon, lemon, and a clean drying yeast character, lots of dry earthiness.

M- had some alcohol astringency which was about the only critique for this, really a lovely strong saison with a lovely balance of flavour.

A really pleasant saison, quenching and complex pale fruit notes.

Poured on draft at HOPS Culture in Aspen, CO into an 8oz snifter.

Visual: Dandelion yellow, with a thin bit of lacing remaining after the head dissipates

Nose: Subtle, but smells like it looks, of dandelions, straw and herbs

Palate: Rich for a Saison. Lemon curd, ripe yellow peach and mushroom hit up front, followed by a pleasant, herbal hop bitterness and a chalky minerality that is almost astringent. Finish is loooooong.

Overall, this is one of the better Saisons I have had in a while, and a beer that I look forward to coming out every winter. It is definitely a bigger, unusual version of a Saison, no doubt, but given such complexity and length, one can't help but love it.

Bravo Dupont, bravo.

Tastes like a big, dry, bannana, and clove dominant heffe.

Mouth watering sweet and fruity nose. Lots of spicy goodness here, coriander and peppercorn, light fruit esters, banana and orange? Nice earthy flavors but backed up with a nice sweetness. Definitely a lot going on here, and it all works great together. Very pretty beer as well, nice fluffy white head and a hazy golden body, some sediment in here. Like saison dupont plus, much better I'd say. Some bitter grassy hops in there as well.
