A: Cloudy bright yellow with a rich white foam that dissipates slowly, leaving rich lacings.
S: Malty, a little sour with some spices as well. Orange zest and clove. I also catch the strange note of tjälknöl, which is a swedish dish made of moose steak. It might be juniper.
T: Great freshness with hints of citrus fruits, a really subtle hint of pineapple juice and freshly harvested carrots and some belgian-styled yeast flavour as well. Fresh grass and pepper in the aftertaste, which sticks around for a while. Perfectly rounded bitterness. Some alcohol hints.
M: Very refreshing. Clean and fresh flavours which goes over to a quite dry aftertaste. Highly drinkable, and a perfect summer ale.

Served on tap in a chalice glass
Appearance – The beer is served a lightly hazed yellow amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a decent level of retention, fading over time to leave a nice level of streaky lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is a nice mix of sweet, grain, and sour funk. There are nice sweeter Belgian aromas of a banana and light citrus smell with lots of Belgian pale malt aromas. A yeasty smell is there as well as well as a good showing of funk, taking on a mix of green apple and hay. With these aromas, there is also a light smell of spice and a bit of sour lemon. Overall very inviting.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweet fruity flavor with lots of orange and a bit of peach, pear and apricot as well. Along with these sweeter fruits are some flavors of candied sugar and a sweet-and sour green apple taste. Right upfront there is also a light bready flavor which fades slightly as the flavor advances. While the bready fades, other flavors take its place with some yeasty and banana flavors joining the profile. Some spice flavors and a bit of lemon later come to the tongue and more toward the end a decent haylike and grassy flavor join the taste profile as well, creating a nice mix of sweet and sour-funk flavors to linger on the tongue at the end of the taste.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is thin with a carbonation level that is slightly higher. The thinner body and higher carbonation are fantastic for the sweet and funked flavor of the brew, giving an overall very crisp and drinkable feel.
Overall – This is a quite nice saison with a great drinkability and a fantastic fruity sweet-yet nicely soured and funked flavor. Rather refreshing, crisp, and delicious.

a: bright, hazy yellow with a dark caramel tunnel running through the middle. large marshmallow-like white 4 finger head
s: funky, wheaty, pears, band aid, green apple, white grapes
t: brett, green apples, white grapes, light pears, nice amount of wheat, some juicy white fruits, hint of light caramel
m: medium mouthfeel with a lot of carbonation
o: not as spicy as i would have expected, yet the brett in here is really nice. its mellow and isn't overwhelming. the grapes/apples combined with the wheat flavors make this a really refreshing beer - yet combined with the brett make this all come together nicely and brings the flavors blended together really nicely
