On tap at the Moeder Lambic, so I am not sure of the ABV. Poured into its own glass, it looks very similar to the standard Saison Dupont. Hazy, cloudy golden colour, with a frothy head that retains.
Grassy earthy hops on the nose and also a bit of yeast. The grassy, citric hops follow through on the palate, opening to an earthy, aromatic spiceyness but never really delivers on its hop-promise. You also get a bit of the lactic yeast. All in all a typical saison. This being a limited edition dry hopped version, I assumed it would be much more hoppy than it actually is.
Could definitely drink a few.
NB This is a limited edition variation on the standard Saison Dupont that has been brought out in 2010.

750 ml bottle, 2014, poured into a teku
A- A hazy golden color with a four finger white head.
S- Floral hops, some citrus, lemon, light fruits, slightly funky yeast, some bready malts, touch of peppercorns.
T- Citrus and floral hops combined with hints of lemons and a nice sweet bready malt backbone, finish is better, earthy, hints of pepper, slightly funky. Very nice balance between the Saison flavors and the hops.
S- Smooth crisp, dry medium body.
O- A great beer, very happy I was able to find this. As a fan of both Saisons and hoppy beers, I love what it is going on with this beer. This is a most try for anyone likes Saisons and IPAs.

Appearance: The beer features a slightly cloudy, pale gold body topped with a fluffy white head. The head sticks around for a respectable amount of time, and as it drops it leaves sheets of uniform white lacing.
Smell: A hefty dose of lemony citrus gives me a bit of a surprise, but I realized that I wasn’t paying attention to the label and the fact that this year’s dry hopping addition is challenger hops. The nose is filled out with white pepper and what I would call a traditional saison yeast scent.
Taste: It is certainly more hop forward than the traditional Saison Dupont, and I am now regretting not having purchased one of those so I could engage in a head-to-head comparison. The citrus continues to make things interesting, the white pepper sticks around and is joined by coriander, and a slight funk shows up. It’s not full-on funk, more like a hint of grass and earth. It finishes fairly bitter but clean.
Mouthfeel: This one is relatively highly carbonated and, despite the big hop profile, feels quite light in the mouth.
Drinkability: Quite high, and perfect for a summer day.
