Pours a black brew with hues of ruby on the edges. Decent tan head dissipates to a moderate ring leaving good amounts of lacing.
Aromas of light chocolate sauce, mild roasted grains and creamy sweetness. Some bread and a hint of nutty aroma as well.
Taste starts watery and then moves to light chocolately flavor. Bits of coffee and an almost smokey flavor. Finishes just a hint bitter with an easy going lingering bitterness from some earthy hops.
Medium bodied but easy to drink. A bit watery at the beginning. Otherwise good.
A decent brew that could use a bit more umph. Still pretty good, just a tad watery. I like the drinkability though
