A: Dark yellow/gold, pure white head - thin, decent retention. Bubbly, slight haze.
S: I'm getting a salty smell, faint lemon and wheat. Traces of ash.
T: Pomegranate comes in the finish, but not that strong. Very tart from the get go, with the finish being dry and sharp/tart. Aftertaste is a sour, acidic citrus flavor similar to grapefruit. I'm getting that salty smell I detected in the hops, which rests in the back of the tongue and it quite present for the typical wheat.
M: Thin, watery. Pretty typical wheat...
D: Just a little too sour/tart for me. Has a strong grapefruit character, and I wish the pomegranate would have shined more. Not as smooth as typical wheats.
