Out of a bomber into my tulip.
A – Poured out black with a half finger of light mocha head that stayed around and left a nice lacing down the glass.
S – Light and sweet smell with cocoa powder, milk chocolate and vanilla.
T – Very smooth tasting brew. Definite milk chocolate and cocoa immediately run up. It’s sweet but definitely not overpowering. Lingering vanilla in the taste is very nice. Light roasted malts are there. Finishes with just a small amount of bitterness.
M – Medium bodied with lovely carbonation. Feels tingly on the palate. Leaves a mix of sweet and bitter behind.
O – Was afraid this would be overpowering on the chocolate side bit it is not. Has a very nice chocolate taste with just the right amount of sweetness. Bitterness finishes it well and makes it a great smooth drink.
