Poured from a 750 ml bottle into an oversized pilsner glass at oneguyonecup's.
A: Bright, orange yellow with a chilled haze beneath a three-finger head of frothy, off-white foam which was supported by ample carbonation. Final pour added a bit of cloudy sediment to the glass.
S: Grassy, floral hops cast the scnet of a citrus orchard and pine grove melded together by peppery spices and a subtle sweetness.
T: Lush, golden fruity malt flavors up front met by a clash of grassy, herbal hops and spicy, peppery notes. Reaching a bittersweet crescendo of bold hops, the brew subsides with an alcoholic twang, ushering in the slow trickle of maple syrupy sweetness. The aftertaste is bready and bitter, and if you try hard enough, you can taste the maple-soaked waffles.
M: Big, bold, bitter, but very bright and drinkable as well. Loads of hop bitterness and some alcohol to sting, but the balanced finish restores some order to the chaos.
O: Very flavorful and interesting IPA at 7.5% ABV, this drinks like a DIPA with some more depth to it. The perfect balance of brash, grassy and citrusy hop notes you get with 60 Minute IPA melded with the smooth, bready drinknability of 90 Minute IPA. The maple and natural carbonation add dimensions that have me running to the store for another or to Rehoboth Beach, Del. ASAP.

Great to finally try this beer.Poured into a tulip glass a burnt orange tinged golden with a huge blooming head that ran over the glass even with gentle pour,I was not a huge fan of that.Great fresh citrus aromas along with ahint of nuttiness, not much in the maple category but the aromas are great. The label is right the mouthfeel is pretty smooth as it glides down pretty easily.Piney and citric on the palate with the malt backbone lacking a bit,it's pretty dry with the maple coming thru in the finish and aftertaste. The alcohol is well hidden the hops are generous but the malt backbone needs to be amped up a tad...in my opinion.

75 Minute IPA by Dogfish Head Brewery, American Imperial Pale Ale, 7.5% alcohol content. 750ml bomber with a very unique man somewhat tapping a keg.
A- Pours a dark orange fluid that produces a one inch creamy off white head that leaves thick pillows of lacing on the glass.
S- Rich caramel and brown sugar and sharp grassy hops bite the nose.
T-M- Taste is composed of a 90 min and 60 min mix of malty caramel, earth and mild brown sugar. In the backbone it pushes more of a fresh cut grass and citrus bite followed by a smooth mouthfeel sticking to the tongue with astreingency.
O- Drinkable as hell if you can afford it.

A - Pours a slightly hazy burnt orange with three fingers of dense off-white head. Head has great retention and coats the glass with lacing. A small stream of slow rising carbonation.
S - Aroma actually seems a bit subdued, but consists of citrus, florals, a bit of grassiness and biscuit malt.
T - Nice punch of hop bitterness, combined with a subtle sweetness (residual maple syrup?) is quickly overtaken by a big biscuit malt taste. Finishes with a subtle citrus bitterness.
M - Mouthfeel is on the full side for an IPA, but is quite smooth.
O - I used to really like Dogfish Head IPAs, but have essentially stopped buying them in the last few years due mostly to the high malt presence. Having said that, I enjoyed this quite a bit and found myself drinking it pretty quickly. The dry-hopping is quite nice with this one. This is still too malty to be a go-to IPA for me, but I would have it again.
