Poured into a pint glass, the head stacks up very high, probably 3-4 inches of big fluffy off-white head. The beer is a moderately hazy orange/amber hue, with tons of big sticky lacing after the head receded. This beer looks awesome.
The aroma is a nice blend of sweetness and bitterness. Citrus fruit is very noticeable, the likes of tangerines and grapefruit, as well as apricots and mangos. Sweet malt is backed with a definite hint of maple; not overpowering sweetness in any way, just that unrefined natural sugar aroma. A hefty swirl releases a bit more of a floral Cascade hop aroma.
The taste starts off with a fairly strong citrus hop punch. It's a bit spicy and floral, backed with the classic grapefruit flavor we all crave. Hints of pine resin fade in through the back end, while a deliciously smooth malt also creeps into the finish. The earthy flavors from the maple syrup smooth out the bitter finish of this beer perfectly. It's like the beer starts as 60 minute, then finishes as 90 minute.
Now I'll be honest here, I've never been a fan of 90 minute IPA. It just seemed like a malt bomb, which isn't a bad thing, but I wanted more hops from it, since it's an IPA and all…. With that in mind, I almost didn't buy 75 minute IPA when I heard it was a blend of 60 and 90, but man am I happy I did. This beer is the best of both worlds. It's super hoppy up front, but it maintains a great malt body, and the maple syrup addition is genius.

Great to finally try this beer.Poured into a tulip glass a burnt orange tinged golden with a huge blooming head that ran over the glass even with gentle pour,I was not a huge fan of that.Great fresh citrus aromas along with ahint of nuttiness, not much in the maple category but the aromas are great. The label is right the mouthfeel is pretty smooth as it glides down pretty easily.Piney and citric on the palate with the malt backbone lacking a bit,it's pretty dry with the maple coming thru in the finish and aftertaste. The alcohol is well hidden the hops are generous but the malt backbone needs to be amped up a tad...in my opinion.

75 Minute IPA by Dogfish Head Brewery, American Imperial Pale Ale, 7.5% alcohol content. 750ml bomber with a very unique man somewhat tapping a keg.
A- Pours a dark orange fluid that produces a one inch creamy off white head that leaves thick pillows of lacing on the glass.
S- Rich caramel and brown sugar and sharp grassy hops bite the nose.
T-M- Taste is composed of a 90 min and 60 min mix of malty caramel, earth and mild brown sugar. In the backbone it pushes more of a fresh cut grass and citrus bite followed by a smooth mouthfeel sticking to the tongue with astreingency.
O- Drinkable as hell if you can afford it.

A - Pours a slightly hazy burnt orange with three fingers of dense off-white head. Head has great retention and coats the glass with lacing. A small stream of slow rising carbonation.
S - Aroma actually seems a bit subdued, but consists of citrus, florals, a bit of grassiness and biscuit malt.
T - Nice punch of hop bitterness, combined with a subtle sweetness (residual maple syrup?) is quickly overtaken by a big biscuit malt taste. Finishes with a subtle citrus bitterness.
M - Mouthfeel is on the full side for an IPA, but is quite smooth.
O - I used to really like Dogfish Head IPAs, but have essentially stopped buying them in the last few years due mostly to the high malt presence. Having said that, I enjoyed this quite a bit and found myself drinking it pretty quickly. The dry-hopping is quite nice with this one. This is still too malty to be a go-to IPA for me, but I would have it again.
