Appearance- Clear Burnt Orange, head almost virtually dissipated, but some bubbles did linger and laced nicely down the glass as this beverage was consumed.
Smell-All malt and Dank Citrusy hops. A sweet and almost spicy hop aroma tickled my nose.
Taste- Boosch bang. Huge malt profile upfront and an amazingly balanced hop bitterness make this beer almost too easy to drink. At 9% abv it's got an alarmingly nice warm alcoholic and biscuity taste with hops that provide a tangy resiny & slightly spicy finish.
Mouthfeel- Full bodied and bitter from the beginning to end. citrusy, chewy, malty, sweet-almost honey like.
Drinkability- Again at 9% oddly enough it is an easy drinker. By abv a session beer it is not, but on the other hand it is a delicious well made, extremely complex beer.
Yo mug tap me another.
