Aprihop is an American IPA brewed with Pilsner and Crystal malts. It's massively hopped -- in the continuous fashion, of course! -- and the flavor is complemented by the addition of apricots.
After fermentation, the beer is dry hopped with irresponsible amounts of Amarillo hops. The beer has a hoppy aroma, with the apricots playing a supporting role.
The flavor is rich with late hop flavors, and its bitterness is tempered by just the right amount of malt sweetness and fruity undertones from the apricots.
50 IBU

Appearance: Hazy copper color, with a small, persistent white head, thin glass-coating lacing, and moderate carbonation.
Aroma: Strong sweet apricot and floral hop aroma, little else makes itself evident against these strong scents.
Taste: Sweet honey-like malt at the open, with citrus and pine hops later in the taste; the hops carry to the end of the taste, lingering on with a slight medicinal bitterness. The apricot notes are a subtle accent throughout the taste, pleasant and understated. No alcohol flavors were noted.
Mouth feel: Smooth and full, soft, quite pleasant.
Drinkability/notes: A pleasant, well-made IPA with a twist, well-hopped enough for hop-heads, but interesting enough for the rest of us as well.
Presentation: Packaged in a twelve-ounce brown glass long neck bottle with a pop-off crown, served in a standard pint tap glass.

The hops drown out any apricot flavor
This stuff is horrible.

One of my favorite beers ever, the dark, almost caramel flavor of the apricot is a much better compliment to the IPA style that you might think. A perfectly balanced beer and a great pickup if you can find it.
