Aprihop is an American IPA brewed with Pilsner and Crystal malts. It's massively hopped -- in the continuous fashion, of course! -- and the flavor is complemented by the addition of apricots.
After fermentation, the beer is dry hopped with irresponsible amounts of Amarillo hops. The beer has a hoppy aroma, with the apricots playing a supporting role.
The flavor is rich with late hop flavors, and its bitterness is tempered by just the right amount of malt sweetness and fruity undertones from the apricots.
50 IBU

12 oz bottle poured into pint glass
A: Pours a ruby-brown color with 2 fingers of offwhite head that dissipates leaving some nice lacing on the sides of the glass
S: Piney and citrusy hops with sweet malts and a subtle apricot smell as well.
T: Piney and citrusy hops mix with a sweet apricot taste at first, followed by a sweet caramel malt taste, mixed with a stronger, but still subtle apricot taste. Finishes bitter and resiny
M: Medium bodied, with a bit of an oily residue left after swallowing. Not very carbonated
D: This is a very drinkable ipa. Very well balanced between bitterness, maltiness, and fruity sweetness. I could definitely drink several of these.
Overall, this is one of the best fruit beers i've ever had. It is well balanced and not overly fruity, but the apricots add a good touch to a very good ipa. This is another good beer by Dogfish Head.

The hops drown out any apricot flavor
This stuff is horrible.

One of my favorite beers ever, the dark, almost caramel flavor of the apricot is a much better compliment to the IPA style that you might think. A perfectly balanced beer and a great pickup if you can find it.
