Pours an off white head. Leaves some lace. Color is a copper orange gold.
Flavor profile: grapefruit citrus, earthy and floral hops. Caramel and bready malts. The apricots show, but they aren't dominating. Definitely is a more balanced ipa with a decent malt backbone.
Mouthfeel: bitter. Medium bodied. Ends kind of sticky, but relatively clean for an ipa.
Overall, this was a decent ipa and nice on a hot day, but nothing I'd go out of my way for. The apricot just wasn't as exciting as I was hoping for.
Serving type: on-tap

12 oz, sediment-free bottle.
Clear reddish-amber with a good beige head and very good lacing
Feel: medium body; smooth; Medium+ carbonation.
Smell: soft fruits not specifically apricot with a clear spicy hop presence.
Taste: lightly spicy, APA hop level; solid malt backbone; fruity with subtle apricot
O: interesting and worthwhile IPA variant.
