Aprihop is an American IPA brewed with Pilsner and Crystal malts. It's massively hopped -- in the continuous fashion, of course! -- and the flavor is complemented by the addition of apricots.
After fermentation, the beer is dry hopped with irresponsible amounts of Amarillo hops. The beer has a hoppy aroma, with the apricots playing a supporting role.
The flavor is rich with late hop flavors, and its bitterness is tempered by just the right amount of malt sweetness and fruity undertones from the apricots.
50 IBU

Poured into a pint glass from a 12oz bottle.
A - Pours a dark copper with a small head. The head hung around half the drink and had minimal lacing.
S - Apricots, Honey, nutmeg and...Hops! Believe it or not, the Apricots is the weakest smell here. Very bready malt too.
T - A little bit of sour fruit on the front, minimum hop bitterness though. Big apricot taste on the finish. Not what you would expect from an IPA.
M - Medium bodied with a good carbonation level.
D - So so, I guess if I had other bad things to choose from I'd go for this, but would rather have a 90minute.

One of my favorite beers ever, the dark, almost caramel flavor of the apricot is a much better compliment to the IPA style that you might think. A perfectly balanced beer and a great pickup if you can find it.
