750ml bottle into a DFH signature glass.
A: A golden yellow. Small white head that dissipates quickly. Alot of carbonation bubbles, and quite hazy. I expected this one to be darker based on the description, so surprised.
S: Bready and biscuity malt, some light cocoa and a small peppery note. Very feint.
T: Biscuity up front, but with a carbonation bite. Light bitter chocolate comes forward, though it may be subdued do to the age, then a strong peppery finish. Complex, but muddled for sure.
M: Average at best, quite carbonated.
D: Unique, that's for sure. The mix of the darker chocolate flavors and peppers are interesting, and something I might wanna try in a more full-bodied malt based beer. Worth a shot, but may not be something you want to visit often.
