An unfiltered and 100% bottle-conditioned version of 90 Minute IPA that's dry-hopped with Palisade, Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade, CTZ, and Willamette hops. Brewed to honor the Rogue Gallery in Portland, Maine, who will also be releasing a DFH designed clothing line in the summer of '09.

Picked this up at the DFH brewery in Milton. Sir Hops Alot inspired me... Poured into my DFH signature glass which I also picked up while on the tour.
A - Pours a nice copper brown. Great head, like all DFH brews. Leaves a really nice lacing around the glass.
S - You can smell the oak up front along with a little sweetness in the background. Initial sniff reminded me of a bottle of Curieux.
T - Sweet, a little hoppy and strong alcohol taste which is offset enough by the sweetness to not be overpowering.
D - Another excellent beer from DFH. A little strong but that is what a big bodied beer is about. Been trying a large assortment of their beers lately.
M - Perfect body. The unfiltered goodness only adds to this beers character. I would seek this out again.

L: Clear amber body with a 2 finger eggshell head
S: Malt forward
T: Taste is way more explosive than the nose. Plenty of sweet malt balanced by resinous hops. Notes are sweet toffee, caramel, orange, and pine
F: Medium bodied with a dry finish. Alcohol warms the chest.
O: A little too sweet for me, but otherwise the flavor is excellent.

Slightly cloudy orange/gold pour with a foamy off-white head. Big citrus and grain aroma. Taste has a very mild bitterness at the beginning with flavors of orange rind, herbs, mango, grass, and a hint of wet bread. Bitterness becomes stronger as the beer warms but is never overpowering. Full bodied with moderate carbonation.
