Notes/Commercial Description:
A witbier bursting with good karma. Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher.

A- The slightly hazy lemon-yellow body grows hazier with each pour and starts to lean toward an orange hue. There is matrix of microbubbles that support a creamy sticky white head that hangs in sheets to the glass as I sip.
S- The dried lemon and orange peel notes are soft but full and are supported by a rustic white bread character in the background.
T- There is a nice dried orange taste with some lemon grass notes that come through as the beer opens. There is a good wheat flavor to follow with a finish of soft dry green hops that snaps with a dry spice hint in the finish.
M- the medium-light mouthfeel has a flat texture on the tongue but a fizz prick in the finish.
O- The subtle herbal qualities of lemon, orange and lemongrass have a nice bready support with little yeast characteristic and just a touch of spice note but that is fine. It paired well with a mild Fontina.

Poured a very nice golden hue. Laced the glass nicely.

Really a pleasant yeasty orange blossom aroma

Very light on the palate. Nice coriander orange taste on the front with a great honey aftertaste

A little efervescent for my taste but still love the light mouthfeel

Overall very good session beer, keeps you coming back for the bitterness

A hazy white-gold look, chunky bits float about, a tall-pure white, light and fluffy foam cap.

A lemmon-zesty yeastie aroma, tangy, dry wheat with herbs and spices. Sweet citrus and crispy malt.

A really nice complexity of yeast, tangy earth, sour and dry wheat, citric notes, lemmon zest, but very clean and refreshing, light herbal feel.

not huge complexity with a bunch of strange and unique flavor's that I didn't really harmonize all that well, but interesting for sure.
