A - Cloudy yellow gold with a lot of carbonation feeding into the minimal white head.
S - Orange malt with lemon.
T - Lots of spice at the front with some sweet orange wheat in the middle followed by a flowery end.
M - Crisp feel with lots of carbonation and spiciness. Almost too spicy.
O - A crisp refreshing white brew with extra bits other flavours to keep you interested.

poureed from a 12oz bottle into a tulip glass. Bottled on 2/20/14, so 2 1/2 months old
Looking very nice in the tulip. A cloudy yellow, lots of carbonattion up the side of the glass. Bright white slightly creamy head which maintaine dthroughtout. Decent lacing.
Could not get anything on the nose. Had the wife check it out, only slight orange smell
Taste is very subtle on this. Some faint citrus. I does have a very nice flavor, the kind you get from white white ales, but nothing specific jumps out.
Mouth is somewhere between light and medium. Aftertaste remains on roof of mouth and side of tongue for some time. Not unpleasant at all.
I like this beer, like the taste. Just can't seem to put into words why.

Picked this up in Totowa last week, having never had this before. I love this style of beer and even though this was a bit different from what I was accustomed to and expected, I really enjoyed this and how easily it went down. Although this is new, I hope that Dogfish Head will brew this for the season in upcoming years!
Love the pour to this, as the goldenrod hue, sea-form head, and relatively opaque hue gave this a great appearance from the get-go. Not as cloudy as other examples of this style, the aroma wasn't terribly strong either. Great lactng as well, given that each sip I took left a nice ring on the back side of my pint glass. Lots of lemongrass and grass in the taste, while the citrus and coriander were more recessed. Couldn't really taste the peppercorn here and there wasn't much wheat to be seen or felt either. The carbonation was perfect and this was quite light without being watered-down or overly filling. A hint of the grassy sourness came out in the back, but that didn't linger for very long.
Although I only bought one bottle of this, I could have easily had 3 or 4 in a sitting since the alcohol was both undetectable and low in terms of percentage. While not as good as its European counterparts, there's a lot to like here and for a beer this unassuming, there was enough flavor to satisfy even the biggest beer geek. A hint of wheat or more spice would have been appreciated but as it was, this was something that I'd reach for again now that the warmer months are here. Another subtly solid offering from Dogfish Head!
