A: Pale straw, champagne-like head that leaves no residue on surface or glass. Aggressive carbonation, slight fogginess. Looks crisp, but so darn light/flavorless.
S: White grapes, slight yeast/bread.
T: Closer to wine than beer. Apples, pear, off-dry, background yeast/bread. Acidity brings a nice crispness. For the delicacy of the flavors the high ABV is hidden well.
M: Super carbonated, full bodied but still quick-flowing.
O: It's good, a cool concept executed very well. Would be a great crossover drink for either wine or beer diehards.
