For our first new 12-ounce 4-packs in nearly half a decade, we replaced the classic barley foundation of beer with a mild sorghum base. The hints of molasses and pit-fruit are balanced by vibrant strawberry notes and a unique complexity that comes with the addition of a malty buckwheat honey.
We believe health-conscious beer drinkers and the millions of Americans who suffer from Celiac disease can cut back on gluten while relishing the distinction and drinkability of this very special brew.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours semi cloudy orange with a small white head. Smells of strawberry, little bit of grain, but the fruit dominates. Tastes of strawberry, not much else. Beer is light bodied and somewhat easy drinking. Overall a slightly above average beer.

The best GF beer I've had to date. Delicious and fun. Crushable and refreshing. Rad bottle art and beer description on the label.

Poured into a tulip. Moderately hazy dark amber-orange color with a thin off-white head. The aroma was all strawberry syrup, like something on top of a pancake. The taste was something completely different: almost all plastic-like phenolics with band-aids and finally a soft fruit presence. I could not finish this one.
