Review from notes. Had on tap at DFH.

A: Poured a copper/amber color with one finger head on top, just off-white in color. Moderate retention and minimal lacing.

S: Light citrusy hops, a hint of grass and some toasty/bready malt.

T: More grassy hops with some faint citrus, and nice malty backbone, mostly bready. Slightly spicy.

M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Drinks pretty easy.

O: A solid pale ale, something I would order again if it is ever on tap again. (479 characters)

Served on-tap in a tumbler pint glass at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach, Del.

A: Poured a clean, light-copper color with a slightly chilled haze beneath a frothy, two-finger head of dense, white carbonation bubbles that faded somewhat quickly and left little lacing.

S: The description is spot on in my opinion; citrusy with Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo hops.

T: Spicy, bready malts up front throw flashes of toasted grain before the dry, spicy and citrusy blend of hop resins descends upon the palate. Not as bitter tasting as I though it'd be, which is good for a 5.3% ABV session APA. The finish is tight and bready with a lingering, dry hop bitterness.

M: Clean, crisp and bready with crackery malts and a dry, bitter palate with lingering, yet light, hop resins.

O: The aroma may have been the best part of this APA, as I did find it to be a bit too dry for me. However, it does hold some nice balance and hop allure for Citra and Amarillo fans, whom are abundant these days. Might get a second if I'm having lunch, but that's all. (1,065 characters)
