A-clouy golden orange with a thin white head

S-smells like a super fresh pale ale, almost like a fresh mountain rain. English malts. Faint scent.

T-comes in with a crisp taste of aged grass and English barley. It has a decent bitterness as well. It really fills the mouth with flavor but is still quite mellow. After-taste is matching with a sticky bitterness.

M-great heavy creamy carbonation with a dry finish

O-one of the more easy drinking English pales I've had, and it's so fresh tasting. Something I could drink a lot of, but considering this is at the DFH alehouse...it's quite dull compared to what else is available.

I enjoyed this on tap at Brass Rail deli, served chilled in a pint.

The color is resplendent golden with light haze with thin white head and fine bead with small bubbles that rise at a moderate pace while lace sticks in a film. The smell is slightly fruity with fragrant floral hops with slight citrus/lemony odor with a semi-sweet malt aroma.
The feel is very good with malt balanced not quite -more like leaning to the hop side with slight caramel texture and moderately carbonated with semi-bitter and dry finish with low astringency

The taste is wonderfully fruity and citrus flavors that pop with a mild spice and lemon zest flavor with subtle malt adding a light sweet taste w/ mildly bitter hop quality with slight herbal and earthy flavor as it warms with a nice peppery dry finish. Overall this is a pretty wonderful pale, very clean and full of hop flavor -recommended
